The counseling sessions within the activities of personal development and group therapy with the Target Group, aim at a better self-knowledge. The people engaged in this process have the opportunity to become aware of the opportunities they can benefit from and also develop their skills of educational and proffesional path management in the context of gender equality.
During group counseling sessions, students, with the support of the personal development counselor, achieve the following aspects:
- definition of their educational purpose and direction to be followed;
- helping them in making a career decision;
- learning the capacity of self-assessment and completing the evaluation tests for a better self-knowledge.
The counseling sessions will clarify the students ' interests from a socio-professional point of view, regarding training and professional activity, as well as the history of their experiences so far and gender equality.
Group counseling activities will take place in the 15 school units in Neamț and Suceava counties, face to face or online, in compliance with pandemic conditions.
Edurights4girls - Equal access to education project aims to increase the capacity of human rights awareness and enforcement and to combat gender discrimination in Neamț and Suceava counties.
